"Hm. Observant." He's not going to allow her the satisfaction of clearly telling her she's right (and she is right, she is observant, and that is the only way he'll acknowledge it). He didn't ask her for her name, but replies to it with a nod. It means very little to him, truly. If he did consider to take her under his wing as an apprentice, then he would do away with such a blatant connection to her past. Was that not the natural way for all of those who turned to the Dark side? To cast away the identity of a past life, burn it for good, take up a new mantle and title and be reborn?
He shakes his head - it was a good explanation, but it was missing something.
"...However, you do not understand something crucial. There are two sides to the Force. There is the Light side. It is weak, stilted, inconsequential. It offers nothing but inadequacy."
And yet, it still calls to him, nips at his heels like some pet that won't leave him alone. There should be nothing tempting from the Light side. He is to far into the darkness for it to truly reach him. He hates it, terribly, bitterly, and he won't allow himself to dwell on it any further.
He raises a hand, before slowly clenching it into a fist, as if crushing something unseen between his fingers.
"And then there is the Dark side. My master and I wield it. You, too, will learn to wield it. The Dark side is powerful. It gives us strength. It gives us power, raw power, and it allows us to cut down anyone and anything that dares to stand in our path."
He allows the words to sink in. He will not have her dabbling in the Light side if he can help it. This was not a place for pitiful weeds to try to grow in the darkness.

"Do you understand?"
